Meet the Team

Dr. Conor Kneip, D.C.

Chiropractor

Dr. Conor Kneip, a proud native of Le Mars, Iowa, brings a deep-rooted commitment to his community as he serves as a chiropractor at Meylor Chiropractic. Dr. Kneip's journey into chiropractic care began during his youth, where he experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of natural, corrective treatment for sports injuries. Inspired by his own positive experiences, Dr. Kneip pursued a career in chiropractic to help others discover the same healing potential.

A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, Dr. Kneip brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. Prior to his chiropractic studies, he earned a degree in Exercise Science/Biology from the University of Northern Iowa. Dr. Kneip's comprehensive education and personal experiences uniquely position him to provide compassionate and effective care to his patients.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Kneip is an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding joy in a wide range of activities. He is an active member of All Saints Catholic Parish and eagerly anticipates contributing to the vibrancy of his community through his chiropractic practice and community involvement.

Dr. Wayne Meylor, D.C.

Chiropractor

Born and raised in Cherokee, Iowa, Dr. Wayne R. Meylor is a distinguished chiropractor who has dedicated decades to serving the community of LeMars and beyond. A 1979 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, Dr. Meylor received specialized training in radiology and various techniques, earning recognition for excellence in chiropractic service.

Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Meylor has been honored with prestigious awards, including the Ambassador Award from Palmer College and the Dr. of the Year accolade in 2012. He is also recognized as an Outstanding Member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Meylor is a devoted family man and an active member of St. James Catholic Church in LeMars. Together with his wife Kris, they have raised four children and share a passion for outdoor sports and recreational activities.

While Dr. Meylor has transitioned into retirement, his legacy of compassionate care and commitment to chiropractic excellence lives on at Meylor Chiropractic under the leadership of Dr. Conor Kneip. As the practice continues to evolve, Dr. Meylor's contributions and dedication to the field remain an integral part of its history and values.

Sheila

Office Manager & Treating Chiropractic Assistant

Sheila brings a wealth of experience and a passion for wellness to her role as Office Manager and Treating Chiropractic Assistant at Meylor Chiropractic. Introduced to chiropractic care as a patient, Sheila experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of spinal rehabilitation and total wellness under the care of Dr. Meylor. Inspired by her own journey to health, Sheila is dedicated to assisting patients on their path to wellness.

With over 29 years of experience in chiropractic care, Sheila is committed to providing exceptional service and support to patients and staff alike. Her warm demeanor and genuine care make her an invaluable member of the team.

Outside of the office, Sheila cherishes time spent with her husband Darrell, their two daughters, and their adorable grandsons. Together, they enjoy activities such as walking, motorcycle rides, traveling, and indulging in wine tasting adventures. Sheila looks forward to many more years of serving others through the healing power of chiropractic alongside Dr. Meylor and Dr. Kneip.

Lauren

Chiropractic Assistant

Hailing from the Quad Cities, Lauren brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her role as Chiropractic Assistant at Meylor Chiropractic. With five years of prior experience in chiropractic care in Bettendorf, IA, Lauren has gained invaluable insights into the benefits of natural healthcare and holistic wellness practices.

Since joining the team at Meylor Chiropractic, Lauren has relished the opportunity to connect with the wonderful patients and become actively involved in the community. Her passion for helping others and her dedication to promoting overall well-being make her a valuable asset to the practice.

Outside of work, Lauren embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying outdoor activities, exercise, and quality time with her two beloved dogs, Brutus and Beau. With her positive attitude and genuine care for others, Lauren looks forward to continuing her journey of serving the community and promoting health and wellness at Meylor Chiropractic.
