Dr. Wayne R. Meylor

Chiropractor

Dr. Wayne R. Meylor was born in Cherokee, Iowa and raised on a farm in rural Cherokee.

Dr. Wayne R. Meylor is a 1979 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. While at Palmer College, Dr. Meylor received specialized training in areas involving radiology and various techniques. His undergraduate work was at the University of Northern Iowa.

Dr. Meylor is a recipient of the Ambassador Award from Palmer College which is an award in excellence in chiropractic service, as well as being selected as a Counselor for Pinnacle Management Group and was honored as Dr. of the year in 2012. He was also awarded an Outstanding ICS member Award by the Iowa Chiropractic Society in 2012. Dr. Meylor lectures frequently across the U.S.

Dr. Meylor and his wife, Kris, have four children. They are members of the St. James Catholic Church and have resided in LeMars since 1979. The Meylor family enjoys numerous activities including all outdoor sports, boating, fishing and hunting. Dr. Meylor is one of 26 Chiropractors in his family tree.

Dr. Conor Kneip

Chiropractor/Owner

Dr. Conor Kneip graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA October 2020. Prior to his time at Palmer, Dr. Kneip graduated from the University of Northern lowa with a degree in Exercise Science/Biology.

Dr. Kneip was born and raised here in LeMars. He attended Gehlen Catholic and graduated in 2012, From a young age he was involved in many sports where he received multiple injuries. Dr. Kneip’s interest in Chiropractic started when he began treatment and saw all of the benefits that come from a natural, corrective form of care. Having been a patient of Dr. Meylor’s in the past, Dr. Conor was thrilled for the opportunity to come back and serve his community through chiropractic care.

In his free time, Dr. Kneip enjoys doing almost any outdoor activity. He is also a member of All Saints Catholic Parish & is looking forward to being involved in his community.

Before I became a part of the Meylor Chiropractic team I was referred by a friend as a patient. I had not grown up with Chiropractic care, so I did not understand the benefits. Dr. Meylor provided myself and my family with spinal rehabilitation, education, and total wellness. As a result, my family and I lead a very healthy active lifestyle. Many changes have been made through the years with the profession and in my career as a CA. I am excited and looking forward to the new challenges and assisting 2 Doctors in this office!

Background:
My husband Darrell and I have two happily married daughters Amy and Kayla. We love spending time with our daughter, their husbands, and our adorable grandson. Darrell and I have resided in LeMars since 1990. During our free time we enjoy walking, riding motorcycle, traveling and wine tasting. For 27 years my passion has been to serve other through the miracles of healing with Chiropractic and I look forward to many years ahead with Dr Meylor and Dr Kneip.

Lauren

Chiropractic Assistant

Originally from the Quad Cities, Lauren previously worked as a Chiropractic Assistant in Bettendorf, IA for the last 5 years. During that time she learned so much about chiropractic and all of the benefits that come from a natural approach to healthcare.

She is really enjoying meeting all the wonderful patients of Meylor Chiropractic and looking forward to being involved in the community.

In her free time, she enjoys being outside, exercising, and spending time with her two dogs, Brutus and Beau.
